Devon Silvestri is an EMT and medical student who performed surgeries on his victims after picking them up with an ambulance vehicle. After doing the surgeries, he tried to revive the people but failed. His last victim had surgical aspects that were both performed and unperformed by the murderer — including the detail that his sutures were removed with bare hands. He was arrested by Jack Crawford, and Hannibal Lecter managed to save his latest victim.
Killing method
He performed surgeries on his victims in order to remove some of the organs. Due to lack of training and expertise on his part, they would die not long after the "operation".
